Strength is not found in human form.

You can’t manufacture it within the walls of your gymnasium.
You can’t create it by building walls around your heart.

Strength comes from on high.

It is yours to have, it’s promised to us in God’s Word. (2 Cor. 12:9)
You must learn to grasp it, before you try to do it alone.

True strength alone will sustain you.

Without it you will become weary, life will wear you down. (Isa. 40:30)
Human weakness will become your strength. (2 Cor. 2:10)

This post was written as part of Compassion Blog Month.

As Compassion bloggers we are working to get 3,160 children sponsored before the end of September.

Would you pray about touching the life of a child today?

We are blessed to sponsor a little girl, Marjorie in Peru. It is such a blessing to our lives to have a little girl to pray for, write and encourage to seek the Lord.

If you decide to sponsor a child, simply click the image below to start changing a child’s life!
