VeggieTales & Operation Christmas Child {Giveaway}

My kiddos have grown up loving VeggieTales, and even though they are nearing pre-teen years, they still will sit down and watch them from time to time.

I was thrilled to find out that in celebration of their 20th anniversaries, VeggieTales (Big Idea) has partnered with Operation Christmas Child to get kiddos and families involved in building shoeboxes this year!

I hope you’ll join in on the fun with your kiddos in celebrating both VeggieTales and Operation Christmas Child in their anniversaries! For some reason kiddos love singing vegetables, and those vegetables teach our kiddos about Jesus! Now those vegetables are working to encourage families to tell other kiddos about Jesus, by sharing His love via a few small gifts inside a shoebox.

Below you will find some more information about the new VeggieTales movie and inspiration for building Christmas Shoeboxes this year.

  1. My girls LOVE VeggieTales (even my 8-month-old smiles at the theme song!) and they actually just pulled out our VeggieTales Christmas DVD. We’ll have to watch for this new movie. 🙂 They are both very generous and would probably love to do the shoebox idea. Thanks for sharing!

  2. I am also working on our shoe box. My sons Christian school is collecting them. My kids grew up watching all the Veggie Tale movies and listening to their music. I did not know they had a new Christmas movie.
    I am putting it on my list to buy for my special needs son. He still loves them.

    Thank you for this tip and linking up this great idea at http://www.recipesforourdailybread.com Fabulous Friday Blog Hop.
