Favorite Fall Recipe!

I love the chill that fall brings to us! I love the colored leaves! I love campfires around which we eat smores! I love fall! I love pumpkin and chocolate, thus this is my favorite fall recipe! 🙂 It’s super easy too!

Punkin n Chocolate Cookies

1 c. Sugar

1 c. Pumpkin

1/2 c. Shortening

2 c. Flour

1 Tsp. Baking Powder

1 Tsp. Baking Soda

1 Tsp. Cinnamon

1/4 Tsp. Salt

12 oz. Bag of Chocolate Chips

Mix together the sugar, pumpkin and shortening. Stir in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir in chocolate chips.

Drop dough by the TSP on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake until lightly brown (approx. 8-10 min)

Immediately remove from the baking sheets to cool.

*I might be making these later, so pictures might appear 😉
