I love to cook! Most of you probably know that by now, I do my best every Monday to include a recipe with my Marriage Monday post. So I was thrilled when I found out I was going to receive a Precision Pro Digital Kitchen Scale to review, from EatSmart Products!
I cook from scratch 9 times out of 10, so having a scale in my kitchen is wonderful! Often a recipe will call for a particular amount of meat, beans, etc. I have always had to guesstimate this, and it has at times not worked out very well.
To begin using the Precision Pro Digital Kitchen Scale, I placed the bowl I wanted to use on the scale and pressed the “Tare” button. This sets the scale back to zero, so the weight of the bowl is not included with the weight of your ingredients.
I have one measuring cup that has multiple measurements on it (well they’re fading quickly LOL)
I compared the weight of my beans in the above picture to the ounces listed on my measuring cup. They matched perfectly!
Since having the Precision Pro Digital Kitchen Scale in my home, I have been able to ensure accurate recipes! Which makes myself and my family happy! Accuracy in cooking and baking is essential for a yummy finished product!
