This year I’ve been striving to have our home filled with fun, learning, laughter and quality time together.
While reading the Family Fun Magazine recently I came across an article giving ideas for family fun! 🙂 I immediately fell in love with the A-Z Day idea!
I decided to make this a weekly family fun day, and we began with letter “A” on February 22nd.
I plan the entire day based on the letter; a craft, an activity, all the meals, and a movie to end the night!
The kiddos went through our DVD supply and selected movies for each letter of the alphabet, (I think we were short 2 letters for the movies) before they knew what it was for. I also received help with food and activities where I was struggling for ideas. Some letter days aren’t completely planned out yet, but I hope you follow along as I share our A-Z Family Fun Days!

I love that idea too! We are very intentional with family fun and I love incorporating learning letters too!

🙂 We aren’t necessarily learning letters here (8 and 10 yrs), but they love having crafts to do, so I kicked things off with an idea for them for “A”. Going forward I plan on them coming up with their craft on their own with only the letter to guide them! 🙂 It’ll be fun! 🙂 Thanks for stoppin by! 🙂 Blessings!
