This past week there were 48 blog posts linked up to Wisdom Wednesdays! WOW! Thank you all for stoppin by each and every week! What a blessing it is to read your encouraging words!
I was so blessed this week, and it was difficult to know which posts I should share. The holidays are upon us though, and this year I am striving to ensure that we make the most of them, truly understand just exactly what they are about and what they mean to us. We are slowing down our holiday season this year to make sure this happens! So with these thoughts in mind…..stop by and check out these great posts!
Virginia from Virginia’s Life, Such As It Is! shared her post, “Thankfulness: Observe, Appreciate, Express, Imitate“.
I truly love how she breaks down the process of each of her 4 points to Thankfulness! Thank you for linking up Virginia! Be sure to stop by her corner!
Auntie Em, from Auntie Em’s Guide to Life, was guest posting over at A Biblical Marriage, and shared her post, “TIPS FOR AVOIDING FAMILY TRADITION STRESS THIS CHRISTMAS“.
I love that she tells it like it is, you are to leave and cleave once you are a married couple and that INCLUDES holiday family time! Thank you for linking up Auntie Em! Be sure to stop by her corner!

“What If” the peace we so often look for is found inside ourselves?
“What If” we have the key to unlocking the door to allow peace to permeate our lives? <— Share Me
All of the craziness, the loudness, the messiness…..it drives us crazy!
All we want is peace and quiet.
“What If” we already have the key…..inside ourselves?
This is truth….There is no question…..No “What If”…..
The key is Jesus Christ….The key is the Holy Spirit…..both which dwell inside of me and you! <— Truth! Share it!
So…..since I have the key inside of me……
Amidst the chaos, I have the ability to have peace from on high.
Amidst difficult conversations I can rest in peace with Him.
Amidst parenting issues, I can claim peace from my Father.
Amidst loneliness, I can be at peace with my Best Friend at my side.
Amidst future uncertainties, I can choose to be at peace with the Author of my future, past and present.
I have the key to peace inside of me. As do you!
The question is ……. will we use the key we’ve been given?
