This week I was a little late in “making the rounds” to the wonderful bloggers I am blessed to have linked up with me this week. I wasn’t sure that I would have time to get in touch with a blogger and work up the post so last minute. How thankful I am that God provided again, as He always does!
As I was following each link, reading what each had laid on their hearts; there was one post that truly spoke to my heart. It hit me hard. So often I find myself doing that which she chose to rise above.

One big focus over this past year that Jessica’s family has worked on is intentional habit building. Each month they have taken a different habit and, through a day by day plan laid out ahead of time, worked daily on developing that particular habit each month.
