Dreams and Goals for 2014 with Link Up

Dreams…..we all have them. Some of these dreams come to fruition and others will live only in our minds. They push us forward, keeping us moving toward something new and exciting.

This year my dream was to have a group of bloggers who shared my heart for marriage and the home, and create a team to further minister here at SHH. I was blessed and humbled to see that dream come true. In 2013, Help Meet Corner was born.

As this year is coming to an end I am looking forward to all God has planned for me, my ministry and the dreams I don’t even know about yet for 2014.

Dreams 2014

My dream for 2014 is that I would be able to financially be able to help my husband through writing. It is what God has gifted me with, and I am praying that He would bring this dream to fruition. I have been blessed to find my first couple paid writing opportunities in 2013, and am hoping for many more in 2014!

Goals 2014

I’m also excited and ready to take on new goals that I have for myself in many different areas of my life in 2014. In laying these out for you to see I hope to not only hold myself accountable, but also to inspire you to do make goals for yourself too. Remaining in the same place and not pressing forward is not how God designed us to live our lives. We are to push forward toward the mark!

Faith 2014

My ultimate desire in 2014 is to be faithful in growing my relationship with the Lord. Deepening my need for Him by a dedicated daily prayer life and Bible study partners.

Family 2014

A strengthened family relationship with my kids and our family as a whole is of great importance to me as well. Ensuring that my time is spent well with them second only to God alone.

Homeschooling 2014

Our fall quarter has gone exceptionally well from a my standpoint as a teacher. I pray that God will continue to enable me to make wise decisions to ensure our classes remain productive with a well balanced schedule. I hope to also encourage better attitudes for completing schoolwork well.

Ministry 2014

My ministry is going to be changing and moving. It is already in the works and in 3 short weeks it will launch. Be sure to pay attention so you don’t miss the move! :) I’m very blessed to be able to see God moving this beautifully in ways that only He can.

Personal 2014

My personal goals mostly have to do with writing this coming year. I have 6 eBook concepts to finish, Unit Studies to finish and launch in my eStore, blog classes to take and graphic art to learn from a dear friend.

Balance 2014

My life tends to be very full and busy, but I am determined that this coming year I will ensure my time is well balanced. I will be planning a daily schedule that I must adhere too. It will include scheduled time for devotions, family, blogging, writing, and business.

I created some Christmas Penmanship Printables that I hope will be a blessing to you for your little ones. Swing by this page and grab the appropriate pages for your kiddos. :)
