Apple Crisp Cookies {My Own Recipe}

Today I’m sharing with you a new recipe that I invented! Apple season is just wrapping up, and I’ve been baking away. I love pie, bread, and crisp. What I didn’t have was a good apple cookie recipe, SO I decided to make my own! :)

I had my hubby taste them, and he ate half a dozen within 10 minutes! I knew then that they were a success! When he asked me what they were, I didn’t have an answer because I hadn’t even tried them yet.

The minute I bit into them, I knew exactly what they should be called! Though the name is super simple, it tells you exactly what you will be getting when you make these cookies.

I hope that you enjoy them as much as we have. We’re on the second batch in a week here. :)

    Come on next week! Too bad I already spent this week’s budget. I love apple crisp and to have it in bite sizes… this may end out bad for my hips. I’ve never been excited to go to the store in all my life! lol
