Today I’m sharing with you a new recipe that I invented! Apple season is just wrapping up, and I’ve been baking away. I love pie, bread, and crisp. What I didn’t have was a good apple cookie recipe, SO I decided to make my own!
I had my hubby taste them, and he ate half a dozen within 10 minutes! I knew then that they were a success! When he asked me what they were, I didn’t have an answer because I hadn’t even tried them yet.
The minute I bit into them, I knew exactly what they should be called! Though the name is super simple, it tells you exactly what you will be getting when you make these cookies.
I hope that you enjoy them as much as we have. We’re on the second batch in a week here.
